Simple place near bus depot (airport) and ferry dock(Cozumel) Quiet inner court with pool. Good basic breakfast. Two blocks from main shopping area.

Excelente

Affordable and very centrally located, but not well maintained. Fixtures were loose and things would fall off when touched. The closet only has one door, so only one side could be fully closed. We also tried to shower and the hotel ran out of water. You can hear music from nearby discos at night, which makes it hard to get a good night’s sleep. “Continental breakfast” was just coffee, bread, jam, and cheese. Not a great experience.

For the price everything is great.

It’s a budget hotel for sure only complain they have to change their towels very old ones but clean. Good location and safe .

Inexpensive, comfortable, close to 5th Avenue. Nice beach 3 blocks away.

Everything was good

Dated hotel but with big rooms, little bit noisy at night sometimes. I had street facing room and was disturbed a couple of times 2am to 4am by music and people passing by, Only 2 times out of 6 nights though. Staff are great, limited facilites, i.e no restaurant, there is a small pool but is shaded by the garden all day. Ok to have a dip and cool down

The lady at check in was very accessible and nice . Would be willing to fix and change anything if needed.

Location was great. Close to many good restaurants and shops. Walking distance to Cozumel Ferry. Clean room with excellent plumbing. Nice room features including bedside tables with lamps. Hotel is pet friendly. Lobby had a hot and cold water dispenser.
