The room was fine, clean, but the bathroom was rather uncomfortable and very small... the staff was good.

Very friendly front desk , rooms were compact but very clean, guessing that is all across rome for price point stayed with family for 3 nights if back in rome will stay again for sure

It all started with the gentleman that was at the reception when we got there. Very friendly, polite and helpful. He put up with my broken italian graciously, and also prepared is the best cappuccinos in the morning. The location is perfect if you don't want the constant bustle of central Rome (believe me: you probably don't). The area is residential, quiet, has several local restaurants for memorable meals, and is 15 minutes from the Colosseum (including walking to the subway and the quick 3 stops ride). An excellent choice for Rome!

We got just bread and coffee. The coffee was good and the bread was fresh.

It’s a very basic hotel. I stayed with two friends. We knew that we would only come back to the hotel to sleep because we were going to be touristing all day, so this was a fine hotel. Front desk is very friendly rooms are very clean. Hotel is located in a suburban Neighbourhood so it was pretty quiet. In terms of location, however you can use the bus to get where you need to go, but it is kind of far from the central city. We also had to use bus or Uber to take us to the main city. Yes the room is small and yes, the showers are small, but it’s objective was literally just to house us for the days that we were going to be in Rome and that was fine.

Stayed two nights before moving into our apartment for 3 months. Small room but very pleasant! Staff was excellent and very helpful. Would stay there again for sure. Thank you!!!

Very nice wee hotel far from the crowds but with very good public transport connections. Clean rooms, very friendly staff. We booked the wrong room for our needs but they were very accommodating in upgrading and did not charge a fortune. It’s a family hotel so may not be suitable for everyone and I’m not sure if there’s a lift. Italian breakfast or just coffee available for extra charge, no kettles in the rooms though. However, there’s a lovely garden with fruit trees and they may allow to have the fresh fruit if asked. We had a great stay overall.

Everything was good. Good location, near of the Lodi subway station. Very clean. But, hot water was complicate. The first day I had to get a shower in barely tepid water. Not pleasant at all. I think they should put a microwave in the dinner room. They have one, but we need to ask for it in reception.
