Room was clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. For an Executive Room, there is a kettle, two small cups and a microwave, but there was no crockery or cutlery. Fine for an short overnight stay maybe, but needs a little more for a week stay like ours.

Good option for visitors wanting a quiet hotel with quick and easy access to MTR subway and taxis. Plenty of small markets and restaurants nearby, too.

Close to Airport bus and metro station. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room, although small, was adequate, clean and fresh. My room had a bathroom window, good shower and a full length mirror on the back of the door. Air con can be controlled from the room, electric sockets same as the UK, and also had USB ports for charging. Good security, needed room card to activate the lift.

Great location with many restaurants. Steps away from subway and bus to airport

Just a 7 min walk from the metro station. Easy to get to with many great eats around the corner

Wonderful location, sounding with lots of restaurants. Staff is helpful. Lighting in the toilet is quite dark.

This was my first time staying at the hotel, and I felt all the staff were very helpful. I would definitely recommend to stay here again next time I come to Hong Kong.

Great location. Less than 5 minutes walk from Tin Hau MTR station so it’s really convenient for the main sights. Less than 20 minute walk to Causeway Bay. We had the executive room which includes a microwave and tap and sink, but note that NO plates or cutlery are provided, only 2 small teacups, 2 tall glasses and 2 teaspoons (whereas the hotel photos seem to imply they provide basic kitchenette facilities). The room only has a single chair which isn’t ideal for a couple. Despite being slightly larger than the average standard HK hotel room, there isn’t that much space at the end of the bed once both suitcases are opened on the floor. There is nowhere to put suitcases other than on the floor. Location was great but I’m not sure I would stay in this particular hotel again unless the price was reasonable, which it was when I originally booked this.

Location is closed to many local restaurants and shops. Very closed to MTR as well. Many laundry facilities are nearby with reasonable costs.
