Gorgeous old world hotel wonderful staff and location comfortable bed and great shower. I really couldn't be happier with this stay. Breakfast was great. It's a wonderful city.

It is at a good location. The lady at the front desk was not very helpful and she has no facial expression and was not able to provide much sightseeing info to us. The electrical outlet by the bed linked to a wall lamp across the room, meaning that if I wanted to charge my phone overnight and the light would be on. There was no switch to turn off the light. Finally, I had to climb up and unscrewed the two light bulbs to keep it dark at night. Other than that, everything else is good. :)

Charming hotel with a nostalgic feel although parts of the room felt a bit dated. Staff were friendly and helpful. An excellent property in a great location

The hot breakfast selection was lovely and fresh, cold selection was limited. The restaurant was opulent and beautiful serving great food. The waiter went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice time. The hotel is a little old fashion in its decor but it was a clean and bright room although limited Tv channels and unstable wifi. Staff were helpful and hotel was in a great location to explore the city centre and the old town. Bed was a little uncomfortable, as mattress was old. Over all we had a wonderful time

Excellent and very accommodating

We spent 3nights at the Imperial and it was a superb hotel. They were able to accommodate an early check in for one of the 2 rooms which was super helpful and they had the other ready efficiently. Theblift wasn't working during our stay but the reception staff helped with bags and also stored our pushchair for us as we were travelling with a baby. The breakfast was tasty and served in a lovely room with friendly staff who were also very efficient. We had an issue on the last day that a payment had been taken from the cards held to the room in error. The staff were very apologetic and while it took a few days to sort out the money was returned to our cards. Overall a great hotel with splendid, if not ostentatious, decor and helpful, friendly staff. Would 100% recommend.

Excellent room and hotel location. Food was fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful
