Positive, super convenient to the highways, short distance to downtown Nashville, working AC, fridge, and microwave, hot water, very nice size TV, very close to grocery stores and gas stations, breakfast was provided. Negatives, tight parking lot, bedsheets partially full of holes and one stain, ceiling slightly crumbling with a water stain, bathroom needs a major update, walls need a lot of work, can easily hear the people next door, breakfast eggs were okay, but could be cooked better. Overall, wasn’t a bad stay, but the whole hotel could use an update.

This place is a joke. Mr Dwayne is a joke. He won't refund an elderly lady's money because she had to check out early. All because we left an honest review of how nasty his rooms are and how unsafe that hotel is. It should be shut down people should not stay there they should not allow to be open. Worst people I've ever seen in my life worst hotel I've ever seen in my life. On top of that the sliding front door don't slide you got to slide of yourself. Mr Dwayne also is a very very rude individual

We enjoyed our stay. 2 nights. Clean room. Staff was very friendly. Free parking. Hot & cold breakfast. When rooms were $300-$1000 a night because of Alan Jackson’s fairwell Concert, this one was a nobrainer !!

We stayed less than half an hour before finding a new hotel. The door to the lobby had to be forced open since the sliding mechanism was broken; the stairs were in poor shape with metal that caved in under my child’s foot and concrete that was separating from the building; they expected 4 people to fit in two barely full sized beds and share 1 towel. The key pads didn’t work so old school key it was… not the worst. Absolutely nothing looked like the advertised rooms on the website we booked on and the marijuana smell was way too strong. Not sure what the black sludge residue on the bathroom door was and part of the shower wall was separating away from the rest of the wall. I also got a check out alert two days after we had already checked out. This was no where I would ever let my kids stays.

The room was rough and dirty. We didn’t feel like staying there at all so we left. Because we changed our reservation from the 28th of June to the 21st, the rate had changed and we were due a refund. My bank has already paid 95.00 for the room that was booked for the 28th. When should I expect the refund? Very disappointing room conditions

I reserved a non-smoking room, but the room had a strong cigarette odor upon arrival, which was very disappointing. The bed was not properly made, and essential amenities such as towels were not provided. Additionally, both the bathtub and basin were unclean, reflecting poor housekeeping standards. The furniture in the room was also noticeably worn out and in need of replacement. Overall, the condition of the room did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, comfort, and upkeep.

The lady working the front desk was very kind to my family. Broken sliding door is not a big deal to me. People make the difference.

Sheets and towels were clean and fresh, but room was only ok clean. Older property than appears on website with really awful patch, paint, and clean up. Painted sink and tub that was badly peeling.

It was ok not meet the expectations

Reservation cleared due to overnight audit… whatever that means. Showed up at 0300 ready to check in and get some rest and had to pay out of pocket again. I would like refund from the Expedia reservation
