Loved my room with beautiful balcony views of San Diego bay, room very clean.

I have stayed there several times. Everything excellent except the prices. Room rates, parking charges and on site food prices are to high.

I attended for a work conference that was in the area. I took my family with me. Loved the location of the hotel and all the amenities.

Amazing views and great amenities!

Long elevator wait time, and constantly crowded elevators. Also, the pool area was horrible. Tons of empty reserved seating, while many people had to sit in the grass, along the sides. The reservation seating system is a disaster. It should be first come first serve on the normal chairs and reservations for the day beds or cabanas. There were over 50 regular chairs that had reserved labels on them, but were empty for most of the day, while dozens of people had to sit on the ground, grass, etc. Also no bar food service while sitting is weak.

Great stay! Hotel is beautiful, fabulous location, very helpful staff. Check in was a breeze, and Nino at the front desk was fantastic! Made the trip that much more special!

Good

Charge crazy amounts for parking. Food inside the hotel is crazy expensive

Everything was great. The only issue we had was the elevators. They took a long time and it seemed one or two in the South Tower were offline. The 4th of July crush seemed to strain the capacity of the remaining elevators. Otherwise we had a great time!
