We had a great view from the 17th floor, and the staff members were very helpful when we asked for additional laundry powder/tea bags when we ran out.
We did have a bit of a mosquito problem when we entered for the first time - we swatted about a dozen mosquitos that first night. A window in the bathroom was open, but after we closed it when we entered, we didn't have any more issues for the rest of our stay.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay with just a minor inconvenience in the beginning. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean, the bed comfy, shower got very slippery even without using soaps so we just had to be extra careful. I stay is walking distance to central bus depot and chinatown and the central markets. Rundle mall is about a 10-15 min walk.
