The workers are awesome. Yeni at the front desk is the best!

I was charged way more than I should’ve been for this room for two nights. I talked to somebody on the phone named Diane and she said that they have something available on the first floor. She said if I was there in the next 10 minutes and still be there. I was there in five minutes and I got to the window, the gentleman told me Diane just left to go home ironic right? I walked into the room on the second floor and discovered that TV has been ripped off the wall as well as one of the cabinet doors in the “kitchen area “. Shower was dirty. The toilet ran nonstop. Shower pressure was minimal. The whole place smelled like we, but I don’t really have a problem with for the fact that I don’t like my clothes to smell like it. Because when I go to a clients house, they’re going to think that I am the one getting stoned. Lol oh well live and learn

The staff was very helpful especially the manager yenni ask for her she will help you get checked in

The stove in the room was broken, the front door locked like it was kicked in at some point, and there were people hanging out all around the room.

The room smelled of cigarettes. The parking didn't feel safe. I checked out 5 minutes after I checked in.

This is by far the worst. The room was so dirty roaches were all over the place. They were even on my bed. I could not sleep there. I ended up just leaving and we’ll never return.

I been staying at this hotel for about a year now the staff is very helpful especially the manager yenni. If you decide to stay ask for her and she will help you out the best she can.

I stayed there nice staff especially yenni the manager ask for her she will do all she can do to make sure you're comfortable.

Bad area did not have cleaning products or towels

Everything was horrible drug dealers on every corner dog Pooh everywhere homeless people everywhere the staff was making making deals with the homeless people and did a trade in front of my face as I’m trying to book my room the room itself was as if somebody was living there before and it’s stains all on the walls the shower was nasty the bed was falling apart and the key stopped working 2 times the door locks but don’t even close all the way check out wasn’t until 11 but maintenance bussed in my room with a master key at 10:13 I slammed the door in her face she said she will call her manager whole time she was in the wrong I really wish somebody would give me corporate email or number but of course that won’t happen this room should be at the bottom of earth it was horrible and it’s been days since my stay and I still think about how uncomfortable I was but I didn’t have anywhere else to go at that moment
