All amenities including bar and breakfast location staff were great. I recommend others to stay at this location in Naples

the front desk was very helpful but our key did not work and the second key also did not work, the room we initially were assigned was on a floor that had not been renovated and it was very musty with stains all over the carpet. We were with friends who also had a unrenovated room that was awful. After our key did not work we were moved to a renovated room with tile floors and a much cleaner, no musty feel. The bottom line is do ot stay here unless you reserve a renovated room!. The location is close to the airport and the front desl staff were very nice and helpful.

Nice place to stay near the airport

This hotel was a perfect choice as we arrived by train, it was close to the station so very convenient, and it was a short ride to the hotel. We stayed 3 nights. It was perfect for our meeting spot for the tours we booked. The room was super nice and very comfortable. The restaurant inside and out was perfect and food was very good. The breakfast was great each morning and the staff very friendly.

The front desk staff were not always helpful. I ask for an ATM & I’m told “it’s just outside back of hotel”. No, it was in the shopping area behind hotel. Online, a shuttle was advertised for getting guests downtown, no longer available. I asked them to break a €50 into smaller amts again, can’t help. I need a taxi, it should take 5-10 minutes to get one I’m told. When I order one, it’s 13 minutes & we’re worried about getting to our tour and they wouldn’t order one til all my party was downstairs. Pictures of rooms in December 2025, not the way room is now! No door to give privacy for showering. Especially, when you have 3 people in room. Breakfast was excellent! Metro very close & easy to use.

I like the experience

Our stay was exceptional. The rooms were spotless, and the staff was fantastic. Breakfast was a delightful experience with an impressive variety of delicious food. We enjoyed the bar in the evenings, where Salvatore, the bartender, impressed us with his quick service and excellent drinks. The only downside was that the bathroom tubs were a bit high and slippery.

The hotel claims their “King sized bed” is equivalent to a US queen sized bed. I paid extra (Premium King) for the larger bed and was told that that my small room was standard (509 is the smallest compared to the room maps on the back of the door). Additionally, I booked though Hotels.com and they charged me at the hotel, claiming there was not a charge- so I have to spend an inordinate amount of time trying to get a refund.

The area around the hotel

Swiss airlines lost out luggage so we stay here for one night since it’s really close to NAP airport. Once we mentioned about our luggage’s the front desk offered free toothbrushes and toothpaste, which we truly appreciated =) The pizza over dinner and breakfast selection were amazing! Also easy parking.
