Damp and dirty carpet. Stinky room

The breakfast was really good! Hot eggs, potatoes and sausage. Also a waffle station. The room was clean and appeared to be freshly renovated. It was a good sized room as well. I had no complaints about my stay!

Clean property. Amazing staff. Little bit of a wet smell but everything was clean. Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. Would stay there again and again.

It’s a great centrally located place. Clean and comfortable beds. It’s useful for business trips.

My family’s flight was cancelled due to mechanical issues in San Francisco. We contacted Expedia and the hotel explaining our situation. The hotel said they would honor our reservation until the next day. While in transit we contacted the hotel to ensure our room was still available. The hotel informed us that they cancelled our reservation and attempted to offer us a room that would not accommodate our family size. They did not honor their word and they clearly practice in greed. Very disappointed and dissatisfied in this business.

Overall clean. Breakfast area was super crowded

The room we stayed in was not the cleanest. Floors were extremely dirty. If you walked with white socks around the room a few times, they were stained from the dirt in the carpet. There is some night road construction nearby and it appears most of the workers are staying at the hotel. When their shift ends, approximately 330a, they return back to the hotel with their gravel carrying trucks. They were loud and workers were not quiet. I will say that the staff was friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was not bad.

The first night was not good. We ended up in a room with the loudest air conditioner I have ever heard. We think it was an older room. We stopped in at the front desk and told them that we could not sleep so they offered another room on the lower floor and the air conditioner was quiet. So the rest of our trip was great. Thank you Best Western for immediately taking care of our issue so the rest of trip was enjoyable.
