Clean

Good for the price

The room was OK. The AC rattled through the night. The shower was small and the water was warm not hot. People were yelling at 2am in the morning while we were trying to sleep. We were given a room key that someone else was staying in. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking is horrendous and not enough for all the rooms.

They didn’t let me in lied abt check in age and only confirmed the real age when I got there I have the phone log from when I called the hotel to confirm check in age stating it was 18, the call said it is recorded and monitored so they can check, when I got there they told me it was 21 and stated I never called even though I called that exact address if I don’t get my refund I will be taking action

The room smelled musty upon entry. There were bugs in the bathtub. The curtain had a huge burn hole in it that someone stuffed a wipe in. We did not spend much time in the room at first. We went to the pool and walked around. Upon getting back to the room the light was turned on and there were cockroaches crawling on the dresser. Appalled, we spoke with a nice man in the office who was also appalled at the presence of the bugs and upgraded us to another room for the night. The new room was not much better cleanliness wise, but we did not see bugs so I am hoping there were not any. Standard rooms do not have a beach view. The original room was a beach view. Breakfast, it is unknown whether there was any for free. The website said for an additional fee, but the office did not state this and it seemed like it would be free. Considering the bug issues I would not trust food from this place though.

The only bad thing I saw was a lot of homeless people in the facilities and in the hotel area.

I have stayed in other Quality Inns before however this has to be the worst so far. The location of the hotel is excellent and right on the beach. The rooms did not smell very clean and in need of updating badly. I requested for my room to be cleaned from three different staff members. A maid finally arrived in the late afternoon and all she did was empty the trash and place clean towels. This took maybe two minutes. The continental breakfast was lacking the normal items like boiled eggs, toast and fruit. If you can put up with the above, the price is great. I would not stay there again.
