We had a generally pleasant stay at Onjae Suites. The suite was spacious, and the beds, pillows, and linens were comfortable. Although there is no front desk, the staff were responsive and communicated promptly through messaging. However, the messages were in Korean, so we had to copy and paste them into a translation app to understand the instructions and responses. Providing messages in English for international guests would make communication more convenient. Our biggest concern was the absence of an elevator, which we only discovered upon arriving at the property. We were a group of four, including three senior women in their 70’s, and each of us had two suitcases after a long-haul flight. Unfortunately, our suite was on the third floor, and carrying eight suitcases up the stairs was physically challenging and exhausting. I strongly recommend that Onjae Suites clearly and prominently disclose the absence of an elevator in its property listing and description. This is essential information, particularly for seniors, guests with mobility limitations, families with young children, and travelers with heavy luggage. Had we known in advance, we could have made a more informed decision or requested a lower-floor suite. On a positive note, we appreciated the complimentary ramen and coffee. On our last day, we were also given fresh fruit cups which was a thoughtful and lovely gesture.

숙소가 너무 깨끗하고 깔끔해서 기분 좋게 1박하고 왔습니다. 식기류를 쓰지는 않았지만 모두 새거 같더라구요. 여기 묵으시는 분들이 다같이 아껴줘서 늘 지금 같은 컨디션을 유지하길 바라는 마음입니다:)
