I nearly cancelled this booking due to the bad reviews, thankfully I didnt. For the price we paid, this place is amazing and had everything we needed as a family of 4. A kitchen, full size fridge, washer/dryer. Lack of utendil to cook and lack of plates, but Can easiky buy at Daiso. Yes, the self check in might be a bit inconvenient, however resolved by the staff through the call. Maybe just dont arrive at odd hours. No bad smell as the other reviews were mentioning. overall, our best accomodation in Seoul with affordable price!

일단 지금 오픈을 하면 안되는 호텔이라고 봅니다. 1층에 공사중이고 너무불편했습니다. 사진빨이고 호텔이라고 하기에는... 원룸과도 같습니다. 2박 예약했는데 1박만하고 나왔습니다. 체크인 전 사전 안내가 하나도 없습니다. 1층 출입구 비번안내 없고 2박이면 객실정비에 대한 부분도 전혀 언급이 없었습니다. 욕실 배수구 냄새 많이 납니다.. 전체적으로 호텔이라고 할수가 없는 곳 이라고 봅니다.

This is an unstaffed hotel. You can talk to an intercom to interact with a staff person. Room was very small for 4 people- 226 sq ft. Room was clean and tidy. There was construction on the street outside which was noisy. The windows are covered with paper so you have no view. The clothes washer didn't want to open after we washed clothes. Needed to fool around with it for about 15 minutes to get it to open. The bathroom flooded due to a slow/backed up drain and wouldn't drain. We left after 1 night and checked into a different hotel.

Everything was great except for the strong sewer smell.

Check in is through kiosk. Only one key issued. No real person available. Two separate contacts for help. One for Kiosk related and one for everything else. Hotel had strong sewer odor in one room.
