Beautiful hotel. Clean comfortable and with air con. Staff friendly and helpful and the food excellent. Great location to Westport town and has parking. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and would fully recommend it

This is such a nice place to stay, the rooms are a great size, bathrooms are large as well. Loved getting to soak in the jacuzzi tub. Food was great my husband had a lot of amazing dishes, I unfortunately got sick the day before so food was iffy for me for the time we stayed however the staff and kitchen were very accommodating. Hotel is beautiful we really enjoyed it and will definitely be returning.

We arrived on Tuesday this week and checked out today at Noon.
The arrival was first class. Staff were friendly and attentive.
The room 540 was excellent being in a quieter area on the second floor with a courtyard view.
Room amenities were excellent.
The restaurant was very good with great staff attention to detail.
The only fault I had was that my fillet steak was well done when I asked for medium. The staff were very apologetic. The bottle of red wine was served and not what was ordered. Again not the waitress fault. We drank it anyway. There was no deduction from the bill for either mistake.
The siting of the hotel was very central to the town with parking on site.
There was a spa and leisure club which we did not use as my wife had a cold.
Well done. We will return.
