I enjoyed my stay here and for the price it offered all that you need for a great stay. It was very clean and had lots of amenities, the bed was comfortable and the space was great, it's location was also decent as only about a 20 minute drive to the Taj Mahal. I only stayed at this hotel for one night due to visiting the Taj Mahal so it was perfect for me. They also offered a Taj Mahal tour, although I had already booked my tour, this would have been great if I hadn't already. The kitchen staff, waitor/tresses, bus Men and security were all very kind, Great customer service from them however I Personally think some of the check in staff could've been more friendly as they didn't smile. When checking out the person at the front desk hardly acknowledged me, even after everything was complete and I said thank you to him, he didn't respond. The hotel it's self was good but some of the front desk check in people at the entrance of the restaurant and the main reception, made me feel unwelcome. Overall I give it a 3/5 because of the check in people at the front desk. If not I would have given it a 5/5

Room was okay, shower room did not have separation and the water kept on coming to the floor. In-room dining menu was good, the staff were helpful and polite. Check-in time and check-out times were longer.

Had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Agra. Very comfortable rooms and good value for the money. Breakfast buffet was good. A few items I'd go back for seconds on, especially like the fresh egg and fresh chai stations. Our server Rashal was the highlight of the buffet. He was attentive, kind and professional. He definitely represented the Hotel very well! We also had a major issue with an Uber driver that tried to scam us and the hotel staff helped us deal with him, and arranged a more secure car. While the new private car was a little bit more it sure was worth the peace of mind and comfort.

Mr. Adnan was so very helpful, kind & went out of his way to help us! I can’t thank him enough for all that he did! Thank you Mr. Adnan! The world would be a great place with more people like you in it! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Clean, beautiful room & comfortable beds! I highly recommend staying here!

Clean rooms / good breakfast & dinner

Good value for money, room is clean and restaurant service is pretty good

Lobby was nice and clean. Rooms were good, bathroom was bad, no exhaust so all moisture just built up. There was mold all around the shower. Shower head was loose so couldn’t even adjust it. Sofa was dirty/moldy. Check in was hard they lost our reservation and claimed they never got the payment. Even though i had confirmation from hotel and payment. I had to message Expedia to have them call and sort it out. Not what I want to deal with after a long drive and seeing taj. After all that we walk into the room and you have to pay an insane price for water bottles (130 rupees for a 20 rupee bottle). While every other hotel i’ve stayed at provides free water bottles.

The property was nice, with friendly and supportive staff. The breakfast buffet was good too. Few things that I noticed were: 1. Only 1 room key was being given which was inconvenient and 2. There could have been some facility for Drivers to freshen up
