少しがっかり Im very disappointed to write this, I came in thinking its a 4star hotel. I landed from the US and stayed for and booked my stay for 10days where in I stayed only for 4days max as I had to visit my family.
I called to extend my stay, for 1 day the staff never responded to my call as I had international sim , I borrowed to call and inform which never worked.
After 20calls I was asked to book through expedia which costed $450 (40,000 Indian rupees) for freaking 2 days, for which the staff denied for complimentary breakfast and complimentary drop-off to office which is 1km and complimentary airport drop.
Overall I paid around 1L for my stay here with 0 satisfaction.
Above all the audacity of front desk people to hang up on call and not have proper interaction.
I will make sure to write Google review.

Had a great stay at this hotel. The restaurant had great buffet choices for breakfast and dinner. The staff the very friendly and ambience was good.

最高 The rooms and all the amenities I look for, and the breakfast buffet was extensive. Safe large enough for Macbook 16", electric kettle with coffee and tea packets, mini fridge. Even a microwave. It also happens to be in easy walking distance to the company I was visiting.
