とても良い Nice stay with good onsen, perfect for families and young children. Buffet breakfast and dinner good but could do with some rotational options, first impressions of the outside of the hotel aren’t great like something out of the shining but inside is fairly modern some aspects still need modernising, overall pretty pleasent

Room was clean, although it did smell of smoke. This was my problem, as I booked a smoking room.
Smorgasbord breakfast and dinner were fabulous - so much variety.
Onsen was clean and not too busy, with pools of differing heat

Love the staff. They tried their best to speak English, and are extremely friendly. We got a few things from the souvenir shop, which was great to bring as gifts for friends and family. The room was spacious. I book a remodeled room but the bathroom seemed a bit outdated. The food was fine for what they had. The relaxation room was great with free ice cream, soda and tea. Overall I am satisfied with my stay.

Enjoyable family friendly atmosphere. Great natural surroundings, including Tazawa Lake. Short drive from some other sites including Kakunodate’s Samurai District.

Beautiful location, indoor and outdoor onsen was empty and the large lounge with tea was nice. Breakfast offerings were good.

👎 Inflexible on issuance of additional room key. There was six of us in one studio room but was only given two keys.
