I read a lot of amazing reviews and a few very bad ones. Hotel is clean, staff are excellent, it's in a fantastic position and the room was quiet and well air conditioned. I had a great sleep every night. There is a Walgreens on the corner and lots of good places to eat & drink. If I'm lucky enough to come back to Miami beach, I will stay here again for sure. One thing to note, the breakfast is a small selection of pastries, fruit, ham, cheese, cereal and coffee. It's simple but was fine for me. Definitely recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay. The room and guest areas are very clean and kept to high standards. The shower was large and water pressure was powerful. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times and breakfast was great. The location was good as it is a short walk away from the beach.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Location is great, just one block from the beach and Ocean Drive. Breakfast was fair, had the usual continental staples. While the room and property were clean, the hotel just seems tired and run down. The rooms are in need of a face-lift. Also, our room was extremely small. It was ok for our one night stay, but longer than that may be uncomfortable.

A little bit of a let down, to be honest, we stayed here with our two young girls. The room itself was ok, but could do with a little TLC, broken tiles and issues with the air conditioning add to the fact that our room was above an extractor fan to the restaurant across the way. One of the reasons for staying here was the reviews on the breakfast, so it came as a shock on our last morning to see a pitiful array of food put out, a true let-down, but saved by the restaurant three doors down with some amazing pasties and pancakes. All in all, a 6/10 wouldn't stay again unless desperate Brad

Breakfast was basic American. Rooms do not have views.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. No complaints and I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Miami. Travelled here with my family (myself, wife and four year old son). Highly recommend this establishment!! Thank you.

Staff was amazing!

Great location close to Ocean drive and bus/trolley rides. The breakfast was great with a variety of food. We had a squeaky bed but it was comfortable. Guss helped us plan our 3 nites we were there.
