Room clean and well stocked. Parking good. Breakfast was good. I guess what I saw was hallways were not cleaned up. The breakfast area didn't have an attendant so there were a lot of paper products on the floor, cereal spilled, and messy around food dispensers. Tables not washed between usage.

Our stay was okay. Our king room was super small. The mini fridge is a mini mini fridge and not very cold. The towels were thin and hard. The air conditioner was extremely loud. It was clean and comfortable otherwise. The towels bothered me the most. The staff were super nice which made up for some of the shortcomings.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate for what was supplied. What I didn't like was that fact that we came back to our room on our last night to find the door ajar. Cleaning supplies were left on the bathroom sink area. Totally felt this was quite concerning. Seemed like person doing the cleaning seem to leave in a hurry and did not finish her/his job thus leaving the door ajar. Rather displeased by this issue. Reported to front desk and

The lobby was brightly decorated and comfortable. Good coffee

Staff was kind. The place was not clean though; we lacked towels, hand soap, body soap, toilet paper (after calling requesting them) I had difficulties at night since A/C-heat system was always running and could not be regulated. We had to go to a different hotel mid-week.

We had a very nice stay! The gals at the desk were so welcoming and helpful. Our room was so nice! It was nice to have a spacious parking lot. I will encourage people to stay here!

Off to a bad start when I was given a room that was not ready. When I went back to the desk the clerk was not there After a twenty minute wait, he finally returned. gave me a new room. The rest of the visit went well. and I was satisfied. This happened on a Sunday afternoon which may explain the staffing issue.

Check-in be busy and slow.Np regular COKE.Room was very bright.

Bathroom needed to be cleaned better. Bath towels & mat should have been available without asking. Front desk staff, at checkin, should have directed us to our room, informed us about the available breakfast, and what time checkout was. Front desk staff, that evening, was helpful in supplying the missing towels & mat. I did not have breakfast. Parking was convenient & plentiful.
