The location is brilliant - right across from the JR station and parking right next door (¥700 per night self parking so unlimited entry/exit). Very good for local restaurants, the morning market and close to tram stop to visit other attractions in the local area. The room was clean and comfortable, with a smart TV installed. The pillows weren’t great for us but not too bad. We had breakfast at the buffet each day and it was fresh and tasty. Loved them having local Hakodate yoghurt and milk products. That was a lovely touch! My only downside of the whole experience was at check in the staff were busy so the attentions wasn’t there. I went to approach the desk after waiting in line and was rudely told to wait for a self check in station instead. It didn’t worry me to use one - however it was a little confusing as it only allowed me to scan 2 passports out of our 4 guests so then I wasn’t able to ask questions about the breakfast vouchers and additional charges it insisted I pay for. Just would have been nice to have the staff be there for that to make the experience smoother. The breakfast staff were always lovely!

Clean room, and they have a laundry service downstairs so is perfect for traveller.

Housekeeping very attentive to our needs

朝食は品切れになっているものや、少なくて乱れていたり、あまり提供状態が良くないと感じました。無駄をなくするというのがはっきり見えていて、ちょっとがっかりでした。

Great hotel

The check in was simple and the breakfast buffet was big ! The room was a little small but for a solo traveler, I think it's perfect.

I order the bed was double size. But the bedsheet was dirty . The concierge even not speak English very well, he still very nice to help us bring the bedsheet and changed for us. However, the parking was not free, I hope they can waive for the fee Corz the bedsheet was not clean. Last thing was the toilet, it was very loud when you flush it

離函館JR、便利商店和電車站都很近，可以自助check in和check out

A comfortable hotel located near the train station and the the morning market. It is also very accessible to other areas via trams or trains. The breakfast is fantastic, delicious with lots of options. There is grilled squid/octopus as well, which is pretty rare. Overall, it a very nice place to stay.
