The apartment is not luxurius as the name emplied, but it was clean and comfortable for the most part. My only complaints and reason for the 4 stars are as follows: 1. There is no soap holder in the shower. So you have no place to place this soap, shampoo, etc. Never been to a bathroom like this so showering was very uncomfortable. I felt I was camping when taking a shower. 2. The livingroom has shade as thin as paper. Hence, the moment the sun rises the livingroom lights up as daylight. My kids were sleeping on the sofa and they were up by 6am every day due to the light entering the livingroom. Other than that everything else was ok.

No Air Conditioning - Broken and was very uncomfortable to sleep

Apartment should include liquid soap

Good location and convenient to Chinatown. Would have liked more than 1 hand towel and bath towel (no washcloths) for a 4-night stay but they provided laundry detergent and in-unit laundry was a plus. Having a microwave, tea kettle, and refrigerator was nice too. Comfortable bed and good safety features for the building.

Great downtown location on edge of Chinatown with subway close by.

It was a great location if you wanted to be able to walk around a lot.

Typical Apart-Hotel, simple access and decent amenities, The units bathroom size can vary, nice little welcome package with dishsoap, paper towels, pack of laundry soap etc. The Front desk manager was amazing and very helpful. The included K-cups could be better. For being in a building with some kind of Verizon association the WiFi was pretty slow, I ended up using hot-spot.. Overall the price was the same as a small hotel room nearby so you do do the math .... tiny hotel room or 1 Bd. apartment. Would stay here again

Very clean,comfortable, central location Shower needs grab bars and soap holder. There is no loading area when loading or unloading luggage. The rest was excellent and luxurious
