とても良い The room was exactly as pictured. Nicely refurbished, with everything needed for a comfortable overnight stay. The shower was roomy with great pressure and phone reception was good. GPO USB ports were located in the power point's on both sides of the bed for convenience. We had a very nice stay, and would definitely stay again if the need arose

とても良い Great rooms small but big enough if you are just staying a night. They need some cutlery and plates because they have a toaster and a kettle but no spoon or plates other than that fantastic rooms.

最高 An old established pub hotel with all the charm as well as impeccably maintained, managed, updated, renovated, and modernised facilities. Wonderfully welcoming, helpful staff, great food and atmosphere, sports screens, social events, everything you'd expect from both a traditional and contemporary pub hotel. On the main strip of the Maitland city centre, close to shops, banks, groceries, restaurants, even a reasonable walking distance to Maitland train station. Upstairs accommodation surprisingly quiet for this kind of establishment. Clean, comfortable rooms. Extremely good value for money.

The rooms are beautiful and you need to have pictures on your website of the rooms because they are refurbished. But the pillows they are using are bamboo and are too big for the pillow slips which makes the pillow is very hard to sleep on. The beds are very comfortable and the bistro is very affordable.

Excellent service going out of there way to help also a mention to the young lady that was handing out food and sweets in the gambling section sorry did not get her name but very kind indeed
