The location and price is great . Using your room to have electricity is horrible . Your room is always hot and uncomfortable temperature when you return . They have Ac set at temp and timers that can not be adjusted. The rooms are spacious and clean . Thhe whole part of having to use room key to get electricity is NOT IT . NO fun walking into hot and stuffy room . Shows how cheap the owners are . Love the Hotel for location and safety .

El trato en recepción, realmente malo, para el servicio de caja de seguridad piden un depósito de $700 y tiene que ser en efectivo. Parece que te hacen un favor y no que ofrecen un servicio, no lo recomiendo ni de emergencia

I like this hotel, it has everything you need to relax, rest and it is clean

The room was super clean, and the people are polite. It is not a luxury hotel but it has everything you need for a good stay in a location that is very central in the city.

Could use an update. Definitely need new towels. I would stay again. It's basic and gets the job done at a budget price.

En personal súper amable, pero, las almohadas muyyyy delgadas, el sanitario no funcionaba bien la palanca del agua, no hay ni una botella de agua, y por el precio me pareció absurdo.

La habitacion limpias, las camas nada comodas y las almohadas muy viejas, el personal muy atento...bueno para viaje de negocios.

It’s the first time I’ve stayed in a hotel in Mexico that is truly disgusting and really disappointing. I just hope that if anyone is thinking about staying at this hotel because of the price, they don’t do it and read the reviews first. The hotel is dirty, full of cockroaches, has very poor service, and I’m very disappointed with it.

Warm showers and ok but bare minimum essentials! Could make guests be more comfortable providing cups water coffee maker and upgrading linens. Otherwise it was fair
