Fabulous quiet room with ensuite and terrace. Great breakfast personally prepared and served by a small team of friendly welcoming managers. Fast WiFi. Modest pool much appreciated in the central location. Easily walkable to the marina, railway, bus station and restaurants. Felt more like staying in a private villa than a hotel. Hope we can return there in future.

What a fantastic little find. Often hotels don't live up to their photos and hype, but this was quite the opposite, it was 100% better than we could have expected. Pedro and all the other staff were fabulous, the rooms were beautiful and spotlessly kept, and the location ideal for everything. We will definitely be coming back to Faro, just to be able to stay here again!! Thank you to all.

This hotel will pamper you with personal service. My room happened to have a whirlpool bath and a porch that led directly to the pool. They'll cook practically whatever you desire for breakfast. And the staff knew where the best spots were to find street parking, which can be an issue in the area. The hotel is within easy walking distance of everything you'd want to see in Faro. The only two small criticisms I might have: most hotels of this caliber will leave a couple of complimentary bottles of water in the room, but here they charge 2.50 euros for a 33cl bottle in the fridge. Fortunately, a block down the street you can buy a 50cl bottle for 50 cents. Also, in some future renovation, they might replace the twenty-something inch TV on the wall with a bigger one (they're not that expensive these days).

Booked for my husband and his friend and they sadly weren't there long as their flight in was delayed and it was only a one night stay. But communication about the late arrival was excellent , especially the video on how to get in after hours both into the hotel and into their rooms. If you need a place close to the airport , would highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay. Pedro and Rena were excellent hosts, the amenities were as advertised or better, and the location was perfect for taking in old town. Highly recommend !

We cannot say enough good about this place. This felt like a home away from home. The staff were all extremely helpful and kind, and they made our first experience in Portugal a great one. (Not to mention the convenient location too!) 10/10 recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay.

We had a big outdoor terrace overlooking the pool and it was a really nice relaxing place to hang out. The property is spread across two entrance doors, which I found a bit odd, but generally this is a great place to spend time in Faro. Sorry we missed the port tasting though!

Excellent location, lots of eating nearby, less than 10min walk to bus/train station. Bed amazing, shower fantastic. Love it
