There were areas that the hotel could definitely improve on. First, the gentlemen who checked me in was rather abrupt and dismissive. This sets the tone for the hotel and it was unpleasant to say the least. Other staff members were more professional, thank goodness! Second, there is no housekeeping for stays of less than 7 days which was not clearly communicated at the time of booking, There is a surcharge for housekeeping for stays less than that if desired. Third, the wait at the cafe is excessively long, food orders consistently take more than 25 minutes for cold sandwich orders. They appear to be understaffed or poorly organized? The hotel is well situated thus if these issues are addressed, I would consider recommending them to my followers..

Good central placement- close to railway station- well appointed room

We really enjoyed our time in Locke Copenhagen. It is really well situated, just minutes walk from the train station and metro. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. The staff were very friendly. Definitely recommend.

Location is great close to central station. Bar, restaurant and cafe all great. Gym well appointed and maintained. Staff great. We stayed in a suite which was great, a standard room may be small for an extended stay but this worked well for us. Only issues were a blocked shower drain which turned out to be a huge clog of hair which cannot of been cleaned for months. Equally the floor had hairs and dust, and even fake eyelashes found. Cleanliness, or lack of it, let this place down from a 5 star.

Great location near train station. Very comfortable.

The city view studio room was a cute place, but it was impractical. You either had delay sideways on your bed or just not turn the TV on… we ended up asking if we could bring up two chairs from the dining room room and put them beside the bed and use the bed as a footstool.. which they wholeheartedly agreed to because obviously they know what the layout is ridiculous too! The buffet breakfast look nice but nothing was particularly warm including the scrambled eggs she just put into the dish when I came up to it so I was so looking forward to some slightly warm food, but no, it was still cold. The facilities are very minimalistic, which I like, but you have to be practical! Location was very interesting and generally quite useful as it’s right near the train and just a nice 40 minute walk into the old town at a very leisurely pace! Nice view of the city and trains coming and going and a very quiet room with windows it actually open so you can get some fresh air!!

So nice to be able to write a rave review! What a wonderful experience we had during our five nights stay 1-5 July at the Locke Copenhagen! Absolutely nothing to improve upon. The staff were so friendly, welcoming, & helpful. I had lost a credit card & the replacement card was expedited via DHL to the hotel ahead of our arrival, where they kindly kept it until our arrival. They upgraded us to an even better beautiful suite with a great ciymty view. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous & excellent. The location is perfect, just behind the fabulous & massive Ny Carlsberg Glyptoteket art museum. Minutes walk to the main train station & a subway stop there. Easy walk to Tivoli & Christiansborg Palace. Secure & easy garage parking. All perfect for our stay. Can’t wait to come back & to try Lockes in other cities.

Very pleasant hotel, lovely staff , gym and laundry. Safe and fun play area for children with slide fireman’s pole bouncing rides post van post box and zebra crossing and plenty of outdoor seating. Breakfast provides great choices and all is presented very well and tastes amazing. The design of the hotel is clever and chic . Location is minutes away from bus stops and the railway station is less than 10 (walking slow) minutes. There is a pretty and cooling coloured water fountain a minute from the hotel, which itself is only 10-15 minutes away from some wonderful museums and art galleries. We had a really enjoyable stay and we definitely re visit!

I absolutely loved this hotel,it was our savior after a terrible experience at a neighboring hotel. We stopped by to see the rooms, and the friendly staff showed us several options. We decided to book immediately, even though our previous reservation was non-refundable, and it was the best decision. The room was clean, modern, and had great amenities. I loved having a full kitchen with a fridge, stove, and dishwasher, plus the convenience of laundry facilities during our stay. My only minor complaints are the lack of a microwave and slightly dim lighting at night. The room was comfortable and felt like a true vacation getaway. The restaurant downstairs was another highlight, the food and cocktail drinks were excellent. My picky foodie kids loved it so much that we came back for dinner after originally stopping by for a snack. I would happily stay here again and wish all hotels were this great. This is a hidden gem.
