The atmosphere was amazing. The front desk staff were so friendly, kind, and helpful. The room was absolutely stunning, clean, and cozy. I felt super comfortable. Everything was so comfortable. There was free breakfast from 7:30 am to 10:30 am which was very nice and delicious. I would highly recommend staying here.

Location of the property is terrible. Not safe

No parking other then that great hotels

The park for vehicles is too far to be in the street in the night streets are not good there

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the air conditioning worked very well. The staff I interacted with were friendly and professional. The only downside was that there were no dining options available when I arrived in the evening, and I didn’t get the opportunity to try the breakfast. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would consider staying here again.

No hotel parking. Our vehicle was too big to park in the closest paid garage.

I like the convenience to mass transit. It is within walking distance.. I did not like some of the characters that hung out outside the property. I always feel safe inside the property and the rooms are big, clean and very accommodating. Very relaxing after a long day. Housekeeping is on point and it is nice to have breakfast to start my day.

The front desk staff was very unprofessional in the way they responded to our questions. It felt as though they did not care, rather than taking the time to explain why things were the way they were. We were assigned a handicap-accessible bathroom, but no one informed us. We simply assumed that was how all the bathrooms were designed. It wasn’t until we checked out that we found out it was an accessible room. I would recommend providing additional customer service training to the front desk staff so they can communicate more clearly and professionally with guests.
