The staff was very accommodating. We were able to store our luggage before check in and it was in our rooms before we returned. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The room itself was mediocre. Not sure if it was because it was a smoking room or not. There were spiders, and the curtains had a few small holes in it. Nothing else worth noting.

Room so small, no on site parking, but price high…

Breakfast was a great!

Staff at front desk were super helpful and accomodating. 7 eleven closeby with convenience of microwave on every floor level. Rooms were lareg enough and smelled fresh. Great brewery within 25m of hotel. A great base to still travel to hakone, mishima, fukkoka pass and other nearby locations.

This is a small hotel. We are non smoker but due to this hotel has the anime love live theme, my son wanted to stay here and there is no more room so we took the smoking room. The smell of the cigarettes are very strong so i dont like it. Staff are friendly but they cannot speak English. They try their best to use phone to translate. Its a nice hotel, just i dont like the tobacco smell.

Overall really good location - close to Numazu station and various convenience stores and restaurants. None of the staff spoke any English but it didn't really affect my stay that much. Standard room size for a Japanese business hotel but I will say the way the desk was located in the room made it incredibly inconvenient to use. I would stay here again.

Good price

Only place in Japan I stayed at that had a regular key lol. But it’s a good place to stay, particularly if you’re an Aqours/love live fan.
