객실이 깨끗하고 호텔위치도 역이랑 가깝고 화창베이 전자상가랑 가까워서 좋았어요. 아침 조식도 5성급 호텔급으로 잘 나오고 만족스러웠어요

Very happy with the experience of staying the hotel for 4 nights.

Aussie family travelling through china. The property and staff were great. Its also close to food and shopping. Beds are small and tv only shows chinese television so the kids couldnt watch anything. Kitchen and bar staff didnt show upto work so couldnt eat or drink there.

This hotel was amazing. Super clean, staff was so helpful and great location. The train station was directly outside the hotel. The room had all the amenities you need. Highly recommend.

We have stayed in Intercity Hotel before, but this was our first time in Huaqiang branch. We love the big clean room. The cooling system is perfect for us. The service is fast. Staff are quite nice and helpful especially with the laundry. They would help us with the washing, folding and even delivery to our room. The only downside for me is that the mall or food stalls are quite a distance for me. But because the hotel is just a few minutes away from the subway, it is quite convenient too. I would definitely stay here next time.

The hotel opened last year in 2025, it was clean and the staff was attentive. Kotta was very helpful and friendly to help us out with our requests.

If we could give more than five stars, we would gladly give this hotel seven or eight stars. The facilities are beautiful and spotless, but the exceptional service is what truly makes this hotel outstanding. As first-time visitors to Shenzhen in over 25 years, we had difficulties using Alipay and WeChat Pay. The reception team was incredibly patient and helpful, guiding us through the process. One evening, a kind receptionist even helped us order and pay for our meal when we were unable to do so ourselves. Her kindness made our stay especially memorable. To celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, the hotel surprised us with a lovely fruit basket and a complimentary room upgrade. The staff also went above and beyond by assisting us with urgent late-night laundry service before our next trip. We are deeply grateful for the warm hospitality and outstanding care we received. This hotel made our anniversary trip truly special, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shenzhen. We look forward to returning in the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+

Great location as it is right by multiple metro lines. Especially good spot if you want to shop at Huaqiang Electronic World, which is right down the street. Love the on-site (free) laundry service (can be completely self-service or left with someone as well)! Rooms are pretty spacious enough for luggages but the double bed room for 4 people but is definitely on the tighter side. There was one night staff warned us of a short but planned black-out that was supposed to start 1:30AM but didn't seem to happen.

If they provide 2 queen size bed instead of full size will be better
