En primer lugar poco personal en la recepción, por tal motivo muy lento el proceso. Al llegar a la habitación el aire no estaba funcionando. Hubo que ir 4 veces a reportarla y luego de enviar un técnico y ver que no funcionaba nos dijeron que que nos cambiarían de habitación al dia siguiente a las 4pm. Luego de esa noche horrible calurosa la habitación que nos ofrecían tenía el mismo problema y era más pequeña. Cuando volvimos a la recepción un grupo grande quejándose de lo mismo, y nos informaron que había una avería y que iban a trabajar en eso, pasando así otra noche con calor. Vino a funcionar un poco solo refresco un poco y no enfrió la última noche que nos quedamos. Fueron mis peores vacaciones aunque el hotel limpio y bonito pero servicio pésimo

Hotel aceptable! La comida no es la mejor, solo recomiendo las bebidas del lobby, la limpieza regular!

Beautiful experience! I usually stay at different Catalonia hotels around the world, and they never disappoint. The only downside was that the staff rarely used the golf carts to transport guests around the resort. Walking long distances in the intense heat can be exhausting, so more frequent golf cart service would greatly improve the guest experience. Another issue was room service. It only seemed to work if you placed your order through the website, but the website frequently glitched, making it frustrating and difficult to use. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider returning.

Horrible front desk experience, not organized, long waiting for check in and they do not respect lines, I got my first bad impresion and argument with a front desk people just at check in time. Room was terrible, room door not aligned (tilted), difficult to open and close, small shower area, water filtering from above floor into our room tub. Poor food variety. Internal transportation terrible. At checkout no one available to help me with my luggage, so had to pull it myself walking until lobby (my room was far away). I need someone take me to the hotel main entrance cause an excursion, they did not provide any internal transportation instead suggest me to walk, (with my child 4 year old and my wife). Many people all the time complaining about room conditions and asking for change. People in the pool area do not respect when other people separate the chairs with their own towels. Most of the employees are just persuing extra tips, and they let you know that almost directly, even when the tips were already included and paid with the reservation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. unless you want a bas experience.

la comidas pésima siempre a la hora del lunch y la cena salada y la atención muy mala ni p q les daba propina te atendían bien no recomiendo este hotel para nadies solo puedes comer bien el los cuatro restaurantes q tienen pero tienes q hacer con cita y casi nunca hay.

Pros: lots of space, always food available, clean common areas, helpful and entertaining staff Cons: check-in took a long time, lots of sellers on the resort property

I recently stayed at this hotel, which is advertised as a 5-star, all-inclusive luxury property, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations. While the hotel is marketed as high-end and comes at a significant cost, the air conditioning in the room was extremely poor. It was unable to maintain a comfortable temperature, which made it very difficult to relax and enjoy my one night stay. For a hotel of this caliber, proper climate control should be a basic standard, especially considering the price guests are paying. Overall, I was disappointed that such an essential aspect of comfort was not adequately maintained. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure future guests receive the level of quality that is expected from a 5-star hotel.
