Great location, spacious immaculate room. Parking off site expensive at £25 per night.

Good sized rooms Nice breakfast No dental or shaving stuff like other hotels so take your own

The property was very nice and the location was great but we had a room that had no window. With no air conditioning and being as warm as it was the room was very stuffy. We had to keep the door to the hall open to get air. There was a sky light but it was raining so we could not keep it open. Breakfast was very good. Access to the pool was only allowed if you were going to swim. We wanted to see it before committing to a swim and that wasn’t allowed. The parking lot wasn’t too far from the hotel but it was a bit expensive.

Staff were great really helpful, hotel is in a fab location would stay here again! Loved the family Room. Swimming hours for children if staying for one night was tricky as check in 4pm and children can’t swim past 5pm and can swim after 10:30am the next day but check out 11. Other than that great stay thanks!

We arrived for a four night stay and no one offered to help with luggage or really anything. It’s was 32 Celsius and the front desk did not even have fans. They left the curtains open and no air conditioning so the room was an oven and the carpet was filthy. The window would only open one inch. No one helped us with our luggage and there are all sorts of staircases. Front desk was rude and unhelpful and we would have baked to death. We found another hotel and left, having prepaid $1200. Expedia could not get them to charge for one night only since we never used the hotel room but they refused to do anything. Expedia kindly gave me a coupon to cover some of my trouble but it was out of their hands. The hotel is a three star best case… The B&B we moved to had balconies and temperature even on hottest days of the summer were pleasant.

The hotel was very tired and run down. There wasn’t a phone in the room, so we couldn’t call for ice or a new bath robe (as the one we had was dirty from a previous guest). The room was too hot and there wasn’t any air con. There was mould in the bathroom. The towels were supposed to be white but more greyish. The bar area was very pleasant, so was the swimming pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel really needs some TLC with the fixtures and fittings, as well as towels / dressing gowns. I wouldn’t class it as 4 star.

Beautiful view from our room. Spa and spa treatments were lovely. Large lounge restaurant area with view of lake, ideal for just chilling. Location is superb.

Very satisfied with the full experience. Will come again in the future

Hotel is dated, great location, enjoyed the pool area and the views at breakfast.

Informed hotel it was my 60th they completely ignored this a happy birthday would have been nice - concierge was embarrassed as we checked out!! - bath panel falling to bits and bathroom dated hotel sign falling to bits - breakfast made me unwell feel disappointed
