The staff at the parent hotel across the street are excellent. But his is unstaffed. Still a bargain for the price and the complimentary croissants are some of the best I've ever tasted.

最高 Perfect location in Old Montreal. Helpful to know that this is more of an apartment building than a standard hotel. The unit was incredibly large and well thought out as far as having everything we could need. We were in walking distance of everywhere we went.

We got room 105 that was warned to be noisy at night. To be honest, it wasn’t that loud and the air conditioning noise drowned it out, so sleeping through the night wasn’t a problem at all. Room also provided umbrellas which was a life saver cus it was pouring one of the days. Staff was also friendly and helpful on where to store our luggage for after check in

Perfect location. Easy to walk everywhere in Vieux Montreal.
Very clear directions on accessing the rooms and storing our luggage.
It was raining in the morning and the hotel staff brought us two umbrellas to use for the day.
Very efficient and a pleasure to have such a bright, modern, clean space for our stay.
I will definitely make it my home whenever I visit Montreal again

Great location, great amenities. Good set up and easy to stay for a few days. Bit noisy in the morning but other than that, a great stay

Very clean and neat. Really friendly and helpful staff. Liked having the kitchen with full size appliances. But do not fry or cook anything that generates cooking smells as tge windows do not open and venting is minimal.

My room (103) is a good size for one person; without the kitchenette unit it would be more spacious, and that would be a positive.
Otherwise very clean and super well located

最高 Loved the location, got to listen to a vilisnts playing on the pedestrian street right behind the hotel! Bed was very comfortable. Only complaint is the bathroom was quite dark and hard to put makeup on.
