Good location for exploring Zagreb on foot, friendly and helpful staff, everything as expected, clean and quiet.

Hôtel bien située! Chambre de bonne dimension et bien aménagée. Propre.

Excellent

Clean room, welcoming staff, central location for Zagreb. We parked at an underground parking garage located 2 blocks from hotel. breakfast lounge space was limited so breakfast tray orders were sent to our room

We liked the size and cleanliness of the room, but above all the location. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Very good location, quiet and clean

Good location, walking distance to city centre

Good property. Parking is not really available. But that’s due to the city as a whole not the hotel itself. Zagreb is NOT parkable and I don’t recommend relaying on the parking. We had to use a parking garage a few block away and the parking and driving in the city is very stressful just a heads up. The hotel made it less stressful, super convenient location good stay, would recommend

Staff was amazing! From check in to check out, they were very helpful and kind. The hotel itself is very clean and breakfast was great! We were able to choose what we wanted, when we wanted it and it was delivered to our room. There was plenty of food.

Positives Location Spacious Room Air conditioning Helpful Staff Value Negatives No immediate nearby parking, although luggage can be dropped off. Very small lift, some would find this claustrophobic. Limited Breakfast
