Loved the large bath, beautiful breakfast buffet, very comfortable bed, overall excellent hotel. If in the future please consider putting a desk and a chair for work , instead of the current furniture.

Nice hotel but for some reason our window was frosted so we couldn’t look out, made the room feel a little claustrophobic.

Clean cold rooms which made my summer stay in Osaka way way more tolerable!

This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a 20-25 minute stroll from the hustle and bustle, It’s close to the main train station and has a subway stop right around the corner. You’ll also find a 7-Eleven, Lawson and other essentials nearby. After a day of exploring, the private bath/ onsen was a perfect way to relax. The room was incredibly comfortable, clean and offered a great view from the 13th floor (1310) The staff were incredibly friendly and the scent of the hotel lobby was delightful. There are plenty of vending machines on each floor, including an alcohol one if you need it. We also used the hotel’s luggage service from Kyoto, which was a great value for around £10/14$ per suitcase. Breakfast was a wide variety of options and I highly recommend it. It’s hard to find anything to eat outside unless you’re prepared for a quick convince store breakfast or coffee shop. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely come back. The value for money was excellent!

This hotel was a calm retreat for some tired travellers. It was very clean, the staff were kind and the room was well proportioned. There were two of us travelling and wanted different sites and with two metro lines a 5 minute walk we got to everything quickly! And we could bus quickly to Osaka castle and walked back! Loved it.

Hotel was located close to the trains, staff was helpful, and the facility and rooms were very clean

Great stay at the Resol hotel ! Walkable distance from a lot of great things Osaka has to offer, would recommend !
