Great location, very comfortable room, breakfast menu was excellent

My favorite, and honestly most modern stay throughout my Vietnam holiday! Right in the heart of the old quarter. Above all the service by the staff is just immaculate. Warm good mornings. Friendly greetings upon your return. Location about 5-8 minutes from most things. Right near train street. Right near the night market. Cathedral and opera house all around a 15-20 minute walk. They're a great help with organizing bookings and tours and help with transportation. Overall true professionalism. l'd stay again for the staff alone. The rooms are modern and cleaned well. Daily breakfast. Some wear and tear is showing in the rooms water spots/ Suitcase scuff marks but overall very pleasant stay! Rooms: 4 | Service: 5 | Location: 5

Convenient location with a lot of walkable sights around Hanoi.

Wonderful friendly staff and clean facilities. They will take every step to make sure you are comfortable and provide all kinds of information for you.

직원들은 친절했습니다 하지만 호텔스닷컴에서 보이는 사진에는 창문이 있었으나 실제로 가서 보니 창밖은 거리가 아닌 이상한곳이라 창문이 없는것과 다름 없었습니다 그리고 마지막날에는 방청소후에 트윈침대를 한개의 침대로 붙여버렸습니다 컨시어즈에서 말했으니 변경해주겠다는 말이 아닌 직원들이 퇴근을 했다는 말만 반복했습니다 한참후에야 1시간후에 다시 변경해줄 사람들이 온다고 해서 나는 피곤한 몸을 이끌고 다시 밖에서 2시간을 보내고 와야했습니다. 너무 피곤해서 들어왔는데 내 의지와는 상관없이 바깥에서 방황을 해야해서 많이 피곤했었습니다 그외에는 좋았습니다

The hotel is in a nice location, close to Train Street and maybe 10 minutes to the top of Hoan Kiem Lake. There’s a very nice “Australian” cafe across the road, some really nice cakes to be had. The hotel staff, especially Katherine and Sebastian, were the best - they provided great recommendations for food and activities. The rooms are quite spacious with a king size bed and nice bathroom, the shower is excellent, hot and strong. Breakfast is great with savouries, fruit and pastries plus a range of other items. You can order eggs or omelettes - the only thing I would like to see is breakfast pho. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. The location of the hotel and the staff were brilliant.

All staff were so nice and helpful! Especially Sebastian at the front desk. His hospitality was up beyond. Everything r walking distance. We only took a grab taxi to Sky Lotte observation deck which only cost about CAD$3 one way.

Excellent Hotel. Staff extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Great location. Having stayed in hotels all over the world, I would recommend coming to Hanoi and experiencing this hotel. You won’t be disappointed
