All the stuff at the reception room service and breakfast service were absolutely helpful and friendly. And the design of the rooms was so perfect. I’ve never seen a hotel that has such useful and comfortable decorations for the room in terms of shelves and lighting and accessories.
I really had a wonderful day and I will go to this hotel again.

Clean room, flexible staff always willing to help out. They were able to place and remove rollaway beds daily clean rooms when we needed and even provided chairs for makeup when we needed. Room service food was excellent. Breakfast was amazing.
The room design could have been better. We were in suite room and the door had to be closed to open the closet door every time. They should look into having sliding doors with full mirrors to avoid this.
Overall a very positive experience beds were comfortable.
