Super dark room, able to sleep easily. No fridge or place to put clothes but great experience all around, staff was friendly and helpful.

I have always stayed in a normal hotel while travelling with or without family. This is not a hotel. You cannot call the rooms, rooms. These rooms are like a Jail Cell without a window. Very Small. May be OK if single or Couple and on a very tight budget. No usual Amenities. Also They should have mentioned clearly, no windows. You loose concept of Day & Night specially while jet lagged. Location is definitely great. Right next to Piccadilly Circus. Center of Town. Walking distance to lots of stuff. That’s the only plus & perhaps price.

A/C was welcome to have and cool. Staff generally was helpful. Amenities all cost extra. Our room was generally clean save for some unclean bed spreads and hair found in our towels.

Excellent location next to Piccadilly tube station. The hotel is adequate for a short stay. Rooms are basic and clean.

Friendly staff assisted with getting an extra-early check-in so everyone could get refreshed after a long flight from Canada. Rooms were as expected. Minimalistic and inexpensive for central London (Excellent location). Only issue is that we never received the extra pillows that we requested.

I stay here regularly on business but the check in and check out process is so difficult that I'm considering cancelling all my future bookings and am actively looking for an alternative regular place to stay

It wasn't clean. No extra toilet paper. Not enough towels. Drains didn't drain.
