とても良いひとりで滞在
洗濯機・乾燥機が１台ずつで待つ必要がありました。
コーヒーメーカーが故障していました。→直りました。
とはいえ、朝食はビュッフェでお腹いっぱい、ちまきは大きくてそれだけで満腹になります。憧れの小籠包も食べ放題。でも私はシュウマイのような見た目で中がもち米のものが気に入りました。水は部屋にあるのが足りなければフロントに頼めばもらえます。歯ブラシは持参しましょう。
何よりいいのは階段のみですが地下鉄出口の目の前だということ。
歯医者の２階だということはクチコミで知っていましたので問題ありませんでした。
豫園・川沿いにも徒歩圏内ですから、便利でした。
朝食後から夜まで出ずっぱりで静かでぐっすり寝られました。
スタッフは常時フロントにいて親切でした。

The staff have been the best and were very hard working. We’ve stayed here for 2 weeks and every day they did housekeeping. They also offer free breakfast, water bottle that you can get anytime, and other freebies. The room was a little small but all in all we had a pleasant stay.

良いひとりで滞在
Not sure where that picture is from, but none of the rooms have windows . . . seriously. The "hotel" is on the second floor of a three-storey building. You enter via a reception lobby for a dentist . . . confusing. Once on the second floor, it is obvious that there is actually another floor hidden above that one, where the staff goes to re-stock the breakfast buffet and other tasks . . . again, confusing. Breakfast, by the way, is amazing.

The receptionist Li Yan was very professional, introduced everything we need to know, we received warm greetings when we checked in, she and the other staff were very helpful during our stay. The kitchen staff was hard working. Over all the staff were 10/10.
