Electricity problems, maintenance in progress in the hall that affected our room with out previous notification.

I was a bit disappointed for what this hotel delivers for the price it costs. We stayed there in July and the room was incredibly stuffy and hot. There's no air conditioning and very little ventilation. Part of the common areas had part of the ceiling missing. There was a bit of a feeling of neglect

The staff were very helpful and parking was a breeze! Our room was snug, comfortable, and quiet. It's hard for our family of 4 to enjoy sharing a room, but this was a great spot! The location is great for walking to City Center and avoiding the congestion fees. Some might find the walk too far and although we didn't take the bus, it would have been easy because there were a ton of stops heading into City Center.

Conveniently near bus lines to city center, but otherwise not very near to cafes or restaurants or general services and shopping. Nothing rises above a basic UK hotel level,

Lovely place to stay in a great area. Staff couldn’t be more helpful or welcoming. Would absolutely stay there again.

Good breakfast, clean room

The beds are comfortable. The toiletries are of good quality. However, the bathroom was long and narrow. Not easy to use also in summer, have to draw close the heavy curtains as the sun shines right into the room. A trade off as there is no air con and needed the windows to be open

All the service was really good. Our room was number 25 and it was really quiet. Continental breakfast was really good, but the only issue with the pastry was that it didn't have any vegan option.

Easy parking out front of hotel(£10) overnight. Quiet comfortable room ,excellent breakfast.
