The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping ensuring everything stayed fresh and comfortable. The staff were consistently polite, welcoming, and eager to help, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. The location is perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful place to unwind after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was the stunning view from the pool—truly a relaxing spot to take in the surroundings. I would highly recommend booking a pool-view room to make the most of the scenery. The hotel itself, along with the rooms, is beautifully decorated.

Overall a very aesthetically good looking hotel situated not far from Patong by Grab. The pool is quite pretty but not enough loungers. The rooms are quite spacious, and the bathroom is the best in my opinion. The beds are big but hard, the pillows are a bit on the uncomfortable side. The breakfast was not appetising overall, except for the fruit.

The hotel is marketed as 5-star, but both facilities and service fell short of that standard. The property felt dated, and communication was inconsistent, with messages through the Expedia app (including a request for transport) going unanswered. Its location is also less practical, with limited walkable cafés, shops, or convenience stores. On arrival at 8:15 pm, the only restaurant was closing at 8:30, leaving no dining options. Dinner service ends unusually early for a resort catering to international travelers. While the pool and sea view were excellent, the pool closed at 8 pm, and the fitness room offered only two treadmills and free weights. Guest rooms raised concerns. Door locks felt minimal, and a staff member entered with little notice to carry out repairs. Other issues included a leaking sink (repaired after reporting) and a crooked wall-mounted TV. Charges applied for basics such as ice and extra water, which could be handled more easily with vending machines. Policies also reduced the experience. A 3,000 THB cash deposit (or surrendering a passport) was required at check-in, more typical of budget hotels. At breakfast, payment was requested mid-buffet line before eating. I checked out early but was still charged in full. Staff said the no-refund policy came from Expedia, while Expedia later stated it was the hotel’s policy. Overall, the stay did not reflect 5-star standards, and travelers may wish to compare other options.

What a wonderful hotel. Spotlessly clean, staff can’t do enough to make your stay perfect. Breakfast more centred to Aisian tastes but good egg/omelette station. Very serene ambience to the hotel. My only criticism is the distance from Patong town, although they have a free shuttle 3 times a day. You can get a tut tut back for 200 thb if you barter.

A gem in the middle of Phuket!

Brilliant hotel. Great, friendly, helpful staff. Lovely style and feel to the place. We had a family room which was spacious and had great facilities. Pool area is lovely. The only drawback is it’s located at the top of a steep hill, so you are going to need transportation to get anywhere. But that’s obviously not the end of the world. The hotel themselves run a shuttle 3 times a day and bolt is cheap and easy. Would highly recommend and I would definitely stay here, or one of their sister hotels, again in the future.
