Lovely experience I had during my stay, and I had a great time!

This property was beautiful but management needs to do more to make it comfortable

It was a great place to stay, I wouldn't pay the extra for the welcome drink/breakfast. When we checked in there was no welcome drink. They had emailed me about check in and I emailed them back asking about the welcome drink and got no response. Just don't pay the extra, other than that it was a wonderful place to stay!

Infinity swimming pool was the highlight from where you can see the entire HCMC city. Located close to Ben Thanh Market and other key attractions.

Doom was excellent. Staff super helpful. What stopped me from giving it 5 stars is the pool tiles that have come up from the pool floor and the surrounding wall of the pool. Additionally, had a service dispute with the 5 star restaurant that was easily solved, but really shouldn’t have happened for the type of establishment it’s marketed as. Overall, lovely stay. Will definitely return.

Their family suite was great, felt like staying in a penthouse… Had 3-br for 6 adults, w/ 2 beds on each room Room sizes were comfy Also had 3 full baths which was a big plus What stood out as one of our best experience on hotel stays here, was the daily breakfast buffet Food selections were humongous Everything tasted ‘premium’ Service was also ‘superb’ Staffs were very attentive to details I didnt really notice that my booking came w/ free daily buffet breakfast bc we’re not really fond of hotel breakfasts, when bookings come w/ this, we usually dont mind not having it But this was ‘top-notch buffet breakfast’ Hats off!!! Staffs from reception/concierge/bellmen, etc had 5-star quality service!!! Thank you so much, this was our first time in Saigon & in Vietnam in general & our stay here made the experience very memorable!!!

I booked a 2 bedroom apartment/suite. The room was noticeably more run-down and worse for wear than the photos show online. Within the first hour one of us saw a cockroach on the ceiling while showering. We let it go for a bit because we just chalked it up to being in a tropical country. However, we saw 2 more cockroaches in the living area and kitchen and at that point we felt deeply uncomfortable. We did end up getting a room upgrade after informing the front desk, but even after receiving one night free we were required to pay the difference in price. My friend also had some cash stolen from her bag after the cleaners came one day. The only positive was the pool, but you can access it without actually staying at the property. Safe to say I would not recommend staying here at all.
