The hotel was impeccable! We had a family room that was huge! Having two bathrooms were very convenient. Our balcony had a great view of the valley. The pool upstairs was great! Breakfast was pretty good! We slept in one morning, and we got a courtesy call at 10 to tell is the chef was waiting on us to make our breakfast! The staff is very courteous and helpful. I wish there were more guests there enjoying such a great place!

We had a wonderful stay in Petra at this brand new hotel. Odeh, his family and staff made sure that we were well taken care of and made us feel at home. He even took my brother out one evening to experience the city as a local. The hotel itself is brand new and has all of the modern luxuries and amenities that you would expect from a high caliber, reputable chain. However this is a family owned, local business and the love and care they put into it shows. Breakfast was delicious. Support local business!

Wonderful hotel, recently built with all the luxuries one could expect of a 5 star hotel at a very reasonable price. Hotel is exceptionally clean, the bedding is among the best I've seen at any hotel globally, the pool and area surrounding is very large and spacious with mind blowing views. The staff were friendly, helpful and considerate going above and behind on our stay. Petra Grand View, a stunning viewpoint is a few minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast was an exceptional array of Middle Eastern and Western foods for the most picky diner. Would definitely come back on any visit to Petra and highly recommend stays here.

Nothing to fault at all. Only that the hotel was empty due to low tourist numbers but despite this they still went out of their way to help us any way they could. Beautiful hotel.

Brand new hotel, tons of space, hot shower with excellent pressure. I took advantage of their laundry service and had everything back to me by the following day.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff were absolutely great - welcoming, attentive and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their kindness really made the experience even better. The hotel itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and unforgettable sunsets - pure magic in the evening. I am a sunset lover and watching the sunset from the balcony was simply incredible. My room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, perfect for resting after a long day exploring Petra. The location is ideal, very close to the Petra Visitor Center, which makes it perfect for an early bird visit before the crowds arrive. Overall, it was an amazing stay, and I would definitely come back.

this hotel was excellent and gave the best service i’ve ever recieved at a hotel. it’s brand new and very clean, and the room was large and modern looking. if you go to petra there’s no better place to stay. Maher who works here is very kind and goes above and beyond with his service. he helped us book the jett bus and even picked us up on arrival. it is run by locals and definitely worth staying at. thank you!
