Lily is amazing, she is so helpful in planning excursions and transportation. Her dog was so cute. The room was brand new and really clean with a huge TV.

Handy location not far from Tam Coc Village and central to all the main sites. Great size family room with balcony and I thought traffic noise might be a problem, but it was never an issue.

Very friendly owner, quiet at night, comfortable bed, hot water and only a 10-15 minute walk to the main part of town. There was also a cute dog

We had a great stay with Lily! The friendly dogs that are there make it even more special. Rooms are super clean and lots to eat around the area. Would stay here again!

We love Lily! We stayed last year with her and came back this year with friends and our kids. Her breakfast is delicious, the rooms are immaculate, the location is perfect, and Lily is so helpful with bike rentals, laundry, tickets, and information about sites. We will stay again if we come back to Ninh Binh.
