Sana is paradise! Not only is the hotel pristine and gorgeous to look at, the service was fantastic too. We had a late check in due to travel times and the staff had placed our pre-ordered dinner in our room, warm and ready for us to eat. Additionally we were upgraded for free to a Luxury Riad room with a pool which was such a wonderful surprise on our arrival! We miss the overnight oats already, and Claudia’s wonderful passion fruit margaritas which were always served with a smile! We’d highly recommend to anyone visiting Tulum and would love to come back in the future.

more than expected, location is top , custumer service by far one of the best I ever experienced Cleaning bed and fix , twice aday. thanks for my birthday presents 2 days in arrow. We come as 20 people group. we will definitely coming back. we met the owners on the beach , they were very accommodating and generous, thanks guys 🙏🙏🙏 Our Friday dinner at the pool area was beautiful set up and amazing taste. Thanks again

Absolutely amazing experience! This hotel exceeded all of our expectations from the moment we arrived. The property was beautiful, spotless, and extremely well maintained. The staff was professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was spacious, comfortable, and felt luxurious, with excellent amenities and attention to detail. The location was perfect, close to everything, yet peaceful and relaxing. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the entire atmosphere made us feel like we were on a true vacation. Everything about our stay was smooth, elegant, and enjoyable. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-quality experience. Truly a five-star stay!

This was honestly the best solo travel experience I have ever had. Calling Sana a “hotel” almost feels inaccurate — it felt more like staying in a peaceful luxury sanctuary. From the moment I arrived, the relaxing music throughout the property created such a calming and serene atmosphere. The concierge staff, John, Joss, and Renato, went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of throughout my stay. Every request was met with kindness and genuine effort. I had seen a few reviews criticizing the food beforehand, but I personally had a great experience. The portions were generous, the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh, and I appreciated having healthy options instead of typical mass-produced resort food. They were also happy to accommodate modifications to meals without any issue. Overall, I actually spent less on food here than I normally would at an all-inclusive resort. The property itself was beautiful and very well maintained. My room was upgraded before arrival, which was such an unexpected and appreciated touch. Everything felt clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed. The outdoor shower especially was an amazing detail and far exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights of my trip was being invited to the hotel’s Mother’s Day flower crown-making brunch. It ended up being one of the most beautiful and memorable experiences I’ve had while traveling. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, I will definitely be back! Thank you Sana!

Nice, quiet, and clean Moroccan-style hotel with a private beach in South Tulum. The staff are amazing.

The best and most beautiful hotel in Tulum. The staff is amazing!!!

Great hotel with nice and helpful staff right on the beach. Our room with a balcony facing the beach was amazing to chill out in and listening to the waves at night. You got some dining and shopping options close by but we preferred heading to Tulum town on most nights - more authentic with excellent food at much lower prices. We had a car which made it easy to get to Tulum town, using taxis etc. might be a bit more of a stretch on your time and budget. Anyway, the hotel and its staff are a five star, perfect spot to be for a couple of days on the beach.

Hotel aesthetics stunning. Beautiful location on the beach. The food, incredible chefs, everything tasted fresh and the flavours were 👌 The staff were amazing, friendly and extremely helpful. I want to say a special thanks to Samantha and Jonah on the front desk for making our stay special. I hope to return one day 😊
