Really enjoyed our stay here! Very comfortable beds, air conditioning, friendly and helpful staff, a convenient location next to the Rialto Bridge, and I really liked the breakfast. The only complaint is the many flights of stairs and the lack of an elevator, which can be difficult when lifting heavy suitcases.

Very nice staff and great location!

It was just so-so. The Pros: great location The Cons: Staff didn’t offer to carry our bags up to our room (we were on the top floor, yes, I knew there were lots of stairs) but, after a very long day of travel & lugging our bags across Venice, being hot and exhausted, I would have thought that would have been offered, especially since we were on the top floor. Didn’t even offer us a bottle of water at check in. The key thing was strange; did not like that we had to leave the key each time we left and had to “buzz in” past 8pm. The key was difficult to get to unlock/lock from the inside and outside. Talk about a fire hazard! Can't imagine trying to get out of the room in the middle of the night if there was an emergency. It’s 2026, update to a key-card entry for goodness sake. The Breakfast included was: stale waffles, stale pastries, dried out marble pound cake, warm fruit, warm assorted meats and cheeses, runny eggs and soggy bacon. You had to “sign up” for a time slot so I’d have thought the food would be fresh. The Air Conditioner was not working. They did promptly come to look at it, claimed it was fixed, but it never did cool the room. Since heat rises, the top floor room we were in was terribly uncomfortable for sleeping. My tips for the staff for future guests: at check in, offer your guests (especially in the summer months) - a cold bottle of water and offer to carry bags to the room. Update your hotel to a key card entry system, for safety and convenience.

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff are very nice and friendly. It’s well located for main attractions. Breakfast very good and fresh.

No elevator but what that means is about 4 steep flights of stairs to bring luggage- at least 60 steps- A/C was sub-par, we had someone in our room twice to fix it but it never truly worked (ac in hallway was ironically amazing, we contemplated camping out there)- they didn’t seem concerned that we were roasting- finally breakfast was abhorrent- eggs were green (and not of the Dr. Seuss version), space was tiny, food was minimal and the girl that worked there took forever to bring a cappuccino (she hates her job fyi)- people at desk were nice but couldn’t make up for all the bad

This hotel was in the perfect location! Near everything! The rooms where basic but comfortable. Great breakfast and the staff was helpful. Loved the location! Super close to the airport water taxi, so we only walked 5 minutes to get there. Near shops, restaurants, Rialto Bridge, etc.

Beds were not comfortable at all. Staff was fantastic. Breakfast was mediocre. No elevator as it’s a historic building.

It was in a great location and very clean and safe. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful! They supplied us with water bottles every day.
