Excelente gusto en las habitaciones que son más bien un loft con todo lo que necesitas para estar cómodo en Kuala Lumpur, incluso para una estancia larga.

They never answered the phone call.

Don’t go for rooms ending with R.. it’s like a make shift room but good one.. the problem is you can hear the voice of people talking in the other room. Bcoz the rooms are separated by a permanently locked door.. not much privacy

Beautiful room, amazing rooftop pool, convenient store in lobby, and great location. But… no hot water.

Our room number was 27-16 (floor 27, room 16) we liked it very much, the view was amazing, though it would be better to get a bit higher level. Room is big, everything you need is inside, big fridge, microwave, … if there is anything missing you call the reception and they get it for you. There is a mini market inside the hotel next to the lobby, which we got most of our needs (water, snacks, juices, icecream, etc.. ) that was a plus really. The only downside is that sometimes you have to wait for the elevator to come, 48 floor building with only 4 elevators is not enough for all the people wanting to go up. That is the only downside for me. Other than that, I recommend this place, and I would come here again.

Very noisy & unfriendly staff

Lift not eco friendly

Bodyfoam was empty. Asked 4 different staff for refills and after 3 days, still did not refill.

The toilet have an unpleasant odor, & it spoil our stay there.
