とても良いひとりで滞在
The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly for the most part. I got stuck in the stairwell and the front desk attendant was new and wasn't that helpful but overall the staff was very nice and accommodating. I had a package delivered after I checked out and they held it for me to return for it.

I booked this hotel for a post concert overnight. Even tho the hotel indicates that there is limited parking and to call ahead, no one answered the phone. For hours. I also messaged them. Nothing. So, we had to turn around because the area was congested and no parking anywhere at a late hour. I keep calling to her a refund..nothing.
