This was an excellent hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Lisbon, Portugal.

Great hotel a short taxi ride from the airport. Rooms very clean and large and the beds were comfortable. Very good value for money. The pool was quite small but great for kids.

Staff was really amazing and helpful. I really love you guys. Thank you very much. The rooms are pretty small air-conditioning above bed. It’s not really healthy because you get the cold air all night. Otherwise if you’re gonna turn this off, it’ll be really hot. The rest was OK.

The hotel was very close to the Lisbon center and very close to the airport. Hotel staff were very friendly and professional. My only complaint was that our room had double beds and not a single. And for a couple on vacation the beds were a concern as they were not completely convenient or comfortable.

Très bel hôtel et propre. Ils ont des casiers verrouillés pour laisser les bagages si on arrive trop tôt pour l’enregistrement. De plus, il est situé très près du métro et du train. L’hôtel devrait ajouter une poubelle à l’extérieur de l’entrée, car nous avons vu plusieurs débris juste devant l’entrée.

Despite the mixed reviews we saw online, we loved Hotek Acta Moa. Our Junior Suite was large, the shower was great, the elevators worked efficiently the whole time (5 nights), and the buffet breakfast was excellent. I’d definitely stay there on my next trip to Lisbon. The location is extremely convenient to metro, which is very easy to navigate. There are free lockers for luggage storage in the lobby. Highly recommend this hotel.
