Le déjeuner était très décevant. Peu de variété. Le grille-pain cuisait seulement 1 côté du pain. Les comptoirs de nourriture n’étaient pas très propre…
Pas assez de tables et de chaises. Beaucoup de gens devaient manger debout.
Aussi, lors de la prise de possession des chambres, attente TRÈS longue. Il serait une bonne idée de penser à avoir plus de personnel.
Par chance, notre chambre était correct.

Overall experience ok. The room was located in a remote part of the hotel so to get there, you had to take 2 elevators and go through the premises. Not really convenient to get to the pool.
We arrived on a Sunday. On Monday mornings, the pool is closed until 12:30 and the spa until 4:30. The watergames were closed for maintenance.
The breakfast was a let down. Depending on the day, there was not a lot of options available. The lady in charge of the breakfast area was rude to customers and other staff.
The room was cleaned but not really charming, no decoration on the walls. These are details but it matters when you pay for a room. Disappointed by the Jaro, I was expecting more from them.

L’hôtel est bien et la piscine géniale pour les enfants, mais… le déjeuner était exécrable. Pas de choix de viande autre que du creton froid. Pas de muffins ni viennoiseries. Des crêpes industrielles réchauffées et dures comme du bois. Des œufs cuits dure, pas cuit sur place, et ils goûtaient le fond de frigo. Le seul fromage c’est des cubes de Philadelphia. Pas de fruits frais autre que pomme et bananes pas mûres et des salades de fruits en conserve. Un seul choix de confiture pour les tartines : marmelade…. Des grilles pain qui réchauffe au lieu griller… Bref, ça ne valait pas le prix, d’autant plus que vous charger 15$ par personne supplémentaire par chambre, et c’est clairement pour les frais du déjeuner « inclus ». Si je prends une chambres avec 3 lits, ça inclus juste le séjour de 2 personnes… nous étions 5, j’ai payer 60$ de frais pour « personne supplémentaire ». La grande chambre coûte déjà plus cher pcq il y a 3 lits, pourquoi payer un supplément pour les occupants? Je préfère payer moins et aller ailleurs , sans déjeuner ni piscine « inclus » et payer pour un bon déjeuner au resto et une sortie au bora parc… Déçue de terminer mon séjour de cette façon. De plus, ce serait bien de mettre des essentiels dans les distributrices : Tylenol, Tums, serviettes sanitaires, etc.
