Nice staff.

It show that have free shutter to the airport but not show details of luggage. Only 1 per person. They give you the option for a taxi and scheduled for you.

Clean room and very comfortable bed for a layover before catching connecting flight. Only provided shuttle to airport. Taxi ride from airport to the hotel with our bags cost us 300NT. There is 2 convenience shop right opposite the hotel.

The room was huge, with two almost king-size beds and plenty of space. The hotel is a bit out of the way; a taxi from Taoyuan Airport costs NT$300 and takes about 15-20 minutes. There's a free shuttle bus to the airport at set times for the return trip, but reservations need to be made before 11 PM the night before. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, Taiwan's hot and humid climate meant the carpet had a slight odor. It's a great option for a layover or overnight stay. There's a FamilyMart convenience store across the street.

Breakfast was very good. Far more options and better quality than I expected. 👍

Bad smell in the room

Stayed here for one night because of a long layover between flights. Room and facilities very clean. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Shuttle from the hotel back to the airport was a nice perk. A note on the shuttle, only from the hotel back to the airport. Need to exchange some money for cab fare from the airport to the hotel upon arrival. The fare was about 300 TWD (~10 USD). This was not clear to me from the airport description, but the information counter in the airport sorted me out.

A little bit away from the MRT station, however the taxi is always available at the station.

We only spent one night at this hotel before our morning flight out so we didn’t get to see/use much in the amenities sense. However, everywhere was very clean and well kept. The staff were very helpful and ensured that we had our free airport shuttle booked for our flight the following day. The room was clean and quite big as was the bathroom.
