First time staying at the cottage inJapan. I feel like staying at home rather than a hotel, I have to collect the trash to the trash cabin of the premise myself and clean up every kitchen tool and put things back in places where it should be before checking out at 10 am which is too early. Most hotels in Japan check out time is 11 am. Living area and bedrooms equiped with ACs and Heaters but chairs in living room are not comfy. There is one big coackroach in the Baht room that is why there is pesticide spray at the entrance of the cottage. For those who like being close to nature and home-style stay, this is one choice with very good view of Fujisan on a sunny day.

The owners are very nice and accomadating for our every need. The view of Mt. Fuji is amazing and worth it. Would easily stay here again.

excellent view, woke up with mount fuji right in front.
cottage a little old, in terms of heating (water boiler n heaters, both took some time to warm up the water/room), spider webs seen.
equipped with adequate kitchen utensils.
rather cozy.

The property was in a nice quiet area, has a homey vibe to it as well. Cleanliness inside the cottage wasnt as expected, there was dust and cobwebs around the house and the thermal flask was rusty.
The receptionists were very kind and friendly, despite not knowing much english they still tried their best to communicate with us. Even helped us retrieved a wallet left behind in a taxi.
